The Crew of the USS Vincennes is assigned to the Bajoran colony of New Bajor.

Welcome to the Colony of New Bajor

Welcome to the New Bajor, an Immense class starbase and planetary colony assigned to Task Force 44.

We, as a part of Task Force 44, are tasked with intelligence gathering and recon missions for Starfleet. We also provide a little extra support for sustained conflict in our area of operation. New Bajor is Starfleet's first significant foothold within the Gamma Quadrant. New Bajor is currently under the command of Brigadier General Dub Yaryk.

New Bajor maintains four support ships: USS Farragut, USS Kyiv, BDS Emissary, & BDS Dahkur. The starbase and colony are a joint operation between Starfleet and the Bajoran Defense Force. The colony is a venture of the Bajoran government.

New Bajor is a SMS simulation, set in the Star Trek Universe, circa 2386 (after the last season of Voyager and the events in Nemesis). Good players are always welcome, so if you see a position you would like, please don't hesitate to join.

My internet went down six weeks ago and I have just now (well two days ago) gotten service back at home. Einar is planning on starting a new mission soon, although I am not entirely sure what the plot is going to be. Be prepared for the main storyline and any character driven plots you want to develop.

Just a couple of reminders about writing posts.

The style is decided by the person who initiates the post. Please add your contributions in that style. There should not be a mix of styles in a post.

Please seperate your speech and your other actions with a blank line. This makes it much easier and clearer to read.

There is a posting primer in the Database. It does us all good to read it every now and again.

Upcoming missions

I would like everyone to start thinking about the role they want to play in the upcoming mission I am planning. Basic premise is DS28 hosting a diplomatic conference between Klingon and Dominion representative concerning the destruction of a K'vort class cruiser near Dominion space. I will be introducing a few plot twists during that mission. I do want to finish up the current mission Einar had planned first though. Please PM myself or Einar with your plot ideas for the role your character will play in this and the upcoming mission.
